The Product is returned to and arrives at CAO Group within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase;
The Product is returned with all accessories and packaging originally shipped with the Product (minus consumables that may have been used);
All aspects of the Product, including accessories, documentation, and packaging are free from any damage;
If damages or a significant reduction in consumable items is identified, a refund may be provided for the purchase price discounted by 15% to cover reconditioning, replenishment of consumables, replacement of damaged items and restocking.
