Before submitting a request for Service, please read the following information on how the process of returning a unit for repair works: 

All payments for repairs are made in advance and are subject to revision if additional problems are found. 

All payments must be made online via credit card. 

If payments or fees must be refunded, the amount will be reduced by 6.9% to reflect transaction fees charged by the bank. 

The average cost of a repair is about $450 USD, this excludes high priced items like Fiber Cables and Laser Modules. 

Annual Calibrations are 125.00 + Shipping. (Total of $200 if no other problems are found) 

The average turnaround time in our shop is about 4-5 days – this DOES NOT include shipping time. 

ALL shipping charges are paid for up-front. The cost is $75.00 out of warranty and $55.00 under warranty. This includes standard ground shipping back and forth to you. These charges are applied to the overall cost of the repair. A prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label will be provided to you. 

If you are requesting a Calibration - please make sure to tell us if you’re experiencing any other issues - a lot of times customers send us units for calibration because they are experiencing a lack of performance or other issue. If this is the case, we need to know to make sure and check that specific function of the laser. 

All completed repairs are covered under our shop guaranteed for 90 days. This includes the Parts, Labor and Shipping for the work that was performed at the time of service. It does NOT cover the entire unit or new failures.
