Pilot Laser

A Multi-Functional Diode Laser Upgraded and Designed Specifically for Veterinary Medicine

Laser light (photon's) are absorbed by different colors and liquids. Hemoglobin (blood) and Red are the optimum absorption molecule for diode lasers. Water is the optimum absorption molecule for CO2 laser.

Contrary to our natural inclination, no matter how high you turn the power setting, using the wrong laser for on the wrong molecule will never achieve good results.

Versatile, Efficient and Effective in Daily Use

Simply by changing the power setting, the Pilot™ Diode Laser can be used first to prepare the site for surgery, then as a cutting instrument for soft tissue, and, post-surgery, to reduce the traumatic response.
There are a variety of accessory tips for Pilot™ Diode Laser that manipulate the energy beam for specific uses.
Veterinarians who have used the Pilot™ Diode Laser find that it produces better surgical results than using a scalpel or other traditional instruments.
The patient loses virtually no blood.
The laser decontaminates the site, minimizing the chance of infection.
The patient heals more quickly and with fewer complications.
When a vet prefers to cut with a scalpel, the Pilot™ Diode Laser is a powerful tool for pre- and post-operative treatment to stop blood flow, decontaminate the site and stimulate the site to promote faster healing.
Veterinarians can treat more patients using the Pilot™ Diode Laser because it reduces the time needed to perform basic procedures including:
         Spaying/neutering
         Declawing
         Ear procedures
         Treating abscesses, injuries and infections
         Periodontal and gingival procedures
We need other key categories in here

Easier on the Patient
When used as a surgical device, the patient experiences less trauma including minimal blood loss, less potential for infection, less time under anesthesia and faster healing time.

Benefits to the Practice
The Pilot™ Diode Laser allows you to work with the latest medical technologies at an affordable price.
When using the Pilot™ Diode Laser in surgery, not having to monitor and manage blood loss makes the procedure go much more quickly, allowing for more procedures to be scheduled.
